At the foot of snow montain, there is a vast area of green field growing with Qingke.There has been four million years in planting Qingke in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. It has created the unique Qingke culture with rich conotation and ethnic flavor.

Brewing Technology
CHINA’S TRADITIONAL WINEMAKING
Huzhu Qingke liquor is brewed with qingke (highland barley) as raw material and clean well water. It is made by using traditional method combining with modern technology. It is steamed four times and stored in grantic stone cellar.
